New Local Advisory Board member AIESEC Groningen!|29-07-2010

We are very proud to announce that we have a new member of the Local Advisory Board of AIESEC Groningen: Karin Orsel. Karin Orsel is the CEO of the Management Facilities Group B.V. Furthermore, she became Female Entrepreneur of the Year in 2009!

The Executive Board for 2010-2011 of AIESEC Groningen started their term on the first of July. We are looking forward to a fantastic year!

Groningen 2nd Local Committee|17-11-2009

Every year the ranking of all the Local Committies is announced and AIESEC Groningen has been in the top for the last few years. We are very happy to announce that we also got an international recognition this year: In the region of Western Europe and North America AIESEC Groningen has become 2nd Local Committee! This is based on the total amount of exchanges realized.

Upcoming Member Positions

Excecutive Board (full time)

Are you ready for a full time board function for one year? A position in the Executive Board must be something for you! Together with 4 other students, you run your local AIESEC committee, with tasks varying from strategy till coaching and national responsibilities.

Incoming Exchange

The Incoming Exchange team is responsible for the whole process to get students from abroad on an internship in the Netherlands. The responsibilities vary from the matching between students and companies to the arrangements for a visa and the reception of the international student in the Netherlands.

Outgoing Exchange

The Outgoing Exchange team offers Dutch students the time of their live with an internship abroad. The responsibilities consist mainly of the selection of students for the programme, helping these students to find the right internship and the coaching of students who are going abroad.

Make a Move team

The Make a Move team connects student and companies by organizing professional activities to help students to make a career choice. The peak of the year is the organization of the career week. Specific functions within the team make sure all aspects are taken care of. Read more to see if your qualities and talents do match Make a Move!

AmbassadeursTeam (Groningen)

The ambassadors team offers to first and second year students from the Netherlands the opportunity to have the summer of their lives. At the moment this national programme is organized in Groningen.

Nour Team (Utrecht)

Have you always been interested in the difference between cultures and are you willing to help others to get to know a new world? Then you must apply for the Nour team (at the moment in Utrecht). The goal of this national programme is to enclose the Western and Islamic world. As a member of this team you're preparing students to go to the Middle East.

Global Experience Programme (Rotterdam)

Are you willing to organize the Global Experience programme for AIESEC in the Netherlands? As a member of this team your the most important link between the sutdents and the TNT-World Food Programme. You'll be sending students abroad for a great experience with a lot of impact in Africa.
