Excecutive Board (full time)

The Executive Board exists from 5 people who are full time in AIESEC: the President, Vice-President, Outgoing Exchange Coordinator, Incoming Exchange Coordinator and a Make a Move Coordinator. Together they are responsible for the development of their local AIESEC committee as an organization and they coordinate the programmes that AIESEC offers.
 
Main responsibilities:
  • You guarantee the continuity of AIESEC
  • You create and implement the strategic plan of AIESEC in your city
  • The decision-making on a general level
  • You lead, motivate and support all members
  • You represent AIESEC on a national and international level
  • You're part of the decision-making on the national level
  • You have contact with external relation: university, companies and students.


Local Committee President (LCP)
The main task of the President is showing direction on the team. Next to that, you guarantee the continuity of AIESEC. You've got the key position in the coordination and representation of the local committee. The LCP leads all meetings of the local committee, the executive board and the external relations. The LCP is there for general support, but is also the one assuring the observance of the strategic plan. The LCP has very regularly contact with AIESEC on a national level and with the other local committees in the Netherlands.

Vice President (VP)  
The Vice President works closely together with the President. You're responsible for the financial security of the the local AIESEC committee, now and in the future. The VP makes decisions about investments and the budgets. Furthermore the VP is responsible to explore and maintain the external relations.

Outgoing Exchange (OGX) Coordinator
As a coordinatior of OGX you're responsible for the Outgoing Internship Programme. This means that you send abroad students from your university and you help them in the proces. Your responsible to reach the targets you set. You lead, support and motivate the OGX team. Together with the Executive Board, you discuss the strategic issues of your responsibilities and the ones concerning the whole local committee. Also you have regularly contact with the other OGX coordinators of the other local committees in the Netherlands and the national board. Besides that, you have contacts with other AIESEC committees abroad.

  • Motivation and support of the OGX team
  • Reaching of your goals and targets
  • Implementation of the strategic plan of AIESEC in the OGX team
  • Maintainance of the contacts with your university and AIESEC abroad
  • Your the final responsible for all students from your city that are going abroad
  • The preparation and leading of the weekly OGX team meetings
 
Incoming Exchange (ICX) Coordinator
Als an ICX coordinator you're responsible for the Incoming Internship Programme. It's your goal to raise and develop traineeships of high quality, with companies and institutes in your region. As soon as you've raised internships in Dutch companies, the process to find a foreign student to fit in this position starts. Eventually you'll be responsible for the reception of these students in your city, and you'll make sure they have a wonderfull time in the Netherlands. Of course you're not doing this alone, but together with your team members and the rest of your local committee. As well you'll be in contact with your collegues from the other Dutch cities and the national board. Together with your own board you create and implement the strategic plans for AIESEC.

  • Reaching of your goals and targets
  • Implementation of the strategic plan for the ICX team
  • The preparation and leading of the weekly ICX team meetings
 
Make a Move Coordinator 
As a Make a Move coordinator you're responsible for the organization, coordination and implementation of the Make a Move path, of which the peak is the yearly Career Week. The Career Week - one of the biggest career events held in the Netherlands - you're responsible for the satisfaction of all participating students (about 500) and companies (about 40). Next to that, you organize during the year several activities with your team. Also you're together with your Executive Board responsible with the strategic thinking of AIESEC in your city. You are regularly in contact with other Make a Move coordinators of other local committees in the Netherlands and the national board.
