Nour Team (Utrecht)
The Nour Programme is an initiative of AIESEC in the Netherlands to bring the Western and the Islamic societies closer together. We do this by sending Dutch students to the Middle East. They get a
special preparation before they leave and participate in an educative programme while they're abroad. You can help us realize this fantastic project!

Learning Programme
Nour Coordinator
As a Coordinator of the Nour Programme, you're responsible for the organization, coordination and realization of the project. The Nour Programme is a national programme. The uniqueness is in the educative
programme. The mission of the Nour programme is to decrease the prejudices and to create a two-way understanding between the Western and Arabic cultures. The partipating countries are Jordan, Morocco, Egypt
and Tunisia.
Main responsiblities:

Coordination, motivation and support of the Nour team

Responsibility for the targets and goals

Have enough subscriptions by national marketing

Selection of candidates by interviews

Support, prepare and send abroad students

Organization of a professional educative programme

Maintain contact with the AIESEC offices in Arabic countries
Nour Marketing
You're responsible for the national marketing in 10 university cities of the Nour Programme. Last your there were 10.000 flyers, 1000 posters and some marketingstunts. There were some photo expositions
and in the national media there has been a lot of attention for the Nour Programme
Nour Selection (Januari-June)
Your responsible for the organization of a professional selection process for the Nour programme. Next to that, you're a student coach who's responsble for the matching of students to
the most suitable internship.
Nour Sponsoring
Your responsible to arrange sponsors for the Nour Programme. You prepare sponsoring proposals and maintain contact with companies.
Nour External Relations/ Country contacts
You maintain contact with companies, students and embassies. Next to that you're responsible for the contact with the local AIESEC committees in the Arabic countries, to make sure they arrange the
best internships for the Nour Programme.
Nour Symposium
Your responsible for the organization of our yearly symposium. The symposium exist of different kinds of activities: lectures, photo expositions etc. The goal of the symposium is to create understanding
and to reduce prejudices between the Arabic and Dutch cultures.
Nour Learning Program
You're responsible for the educative part of the programme. This consist of the preparation and the returning period. The concept of the educative part is to prepare the students in the best way possible
for their internship; the goal in the returning period is to make the Nour students share their experiences with others.
