Outgoing Exchange
As a member of the OGX team, you're responsible for the Outgoing Exchange Programme. Together with your coordinater and the other OGX members, you select, support and prepare students
to go abroad with AIESEC.
Main responsibilities:

Create and implement an effective marketing plan to promote AIESEC and to convince students to go on an international internship

The selection of sutdents for the programme by doing interviews

The coaching of students that are going abroad by guiding, preparing and supporting them.

Organizing activities to prepare students to go abroad.

Stay in contact with AIESEC abroad and with the students while they're abroad.
