This year, the Incoming Exchange Team will start a new project. The project revolves around a group of trainees from China who will work for local companies. These companies are selected on their interest of expanding their business to China.
 

The set-up of this project is that several trainees will either work at the same company or work in separate companies, but the focus remains with cooperation among the trainees. Trainees and companies will participate in workshops and other activities to exchange the knowledge and findings about their move to china. It is the combined effort of these trainees where you will find the strength of this project.

Our trainees will lower the threshold for companies and they will help the companies to overcome cultural and business-related barriers.
