Supporting full-time board
Contact external parties
Communicating/leading Local committee
Contact with national/local AIESEC boards
Other activities such as recruitment, contact advisory boards, (national) taskforces, mail, etc.
The LCP is the overall guide to the local committee.Your job description is very broad, and involves many supporting tasks to make sure that the various teams can operate.
He/She is the end- responsible for the LC when it comes to culture, exchange performance, financial sustainability and member satisfaction. The LCP is accountable and the one who will have to take responsibility if things go well or not so well.
Besides this, the LCP is the face of the local entity, promotes the AIESEC values both internally and externally, and represents his/her own city at (inter)national AIESEC meetings.
