As VP iGT, it is your responsiblity to ensure that the team’s goals of realizing professional traineeships are met. This is done through acquiring partners, matching of suitable candidates to job vacancies, and guidance of trainees once in the city.
You will be responsible for leading a team, tracking performance, and ensuring team’s personal development through trainings and coaching sessions. Additionally, your job entails creating and implementing a year-long strategy to ensure that targets are met and the organization keeps evolving.
What distinguishes you as VP iGT is that you have to deal with various stakeholders (i.e. the company you are acquiring and placing a trainee at; and the trainee you are bringing to the Netherlands) – this requires a flexible and well-rounded mindset, but offers you an incredibly interesting and rewarding experience in return.
