Michelle Croqué, Nour Manager AIESEC in Nijmegen 2017-2018
“At the end of your board year as a Nour manager you’ve developed your communicative skills mainly cross cultural, because i’ve learned how to work with different cultures. Thereby, AIESEC gave me the opportunity to not only see my weaknesses but also see my strengths. Which gave me confidence and this benefits me not only in AIESEC, but also in my job, in my studies and in my social environment.”
